Design factors for continued human presence on Earth (a draft):

Human cultures have evolved from:

1. matriarchal (baby cultures, not yet able to take responsibility, Earth is a gigantic amorphous salad bar open 24/7/365 and Mom takes care of things),
2. to patriarchal (adolescent cultures, trains humans to avoid responsibility, linear, technical, hierarchical power structures, slavery, ownership of land and "resources," weaponry, conquest, empire, "we live on the Earth," "the Earth and its resources are ours to pillage," father knows best, building civilization for the benefit of the wealthy and powerful),
3. to archearchal (adult cultures, trains humans in taking radical responsibility, "Earth is not our planet," "we cannot own the Earth, the Earth owns us," "we are the Earth," creative collaboration between the initiated archetypal adult woman and the initiated archetypal adult man, circular power structures, livingry, building matrix for the evolution of consciousness).

For your information, archearchy is not theoretical. Archearchal cultures are already alive and well thriving on Earth. You could visit one today. Or you could design and move into your own.

Modern culture is patriarchy, more specifically, capitalistic patriarchal empire. Modern culture governments are owned and run by multinational corporations, dedicated to creating ever more corporate profits regardless of social and ecological costs. The model for civilization as defined by large governments and corporations has come to its end. It is not falling apart so much as we are taking it apart to escape it, like a child must escape her parents' home to grow up, like a butterfly must escape its chrysalis to fly.

Next culture is archearchy. Archearchal cultures have a number of common characteristics, such as:

• Three people with a common purpose and a common context can start a new country (culture) by becoming an energetic configuration of commitment.
• The basic characteristic for being a country is resilience based on local sustainable authority, local sustainable production of food, local sustainable energy supply, etc.
  
• There is always more room for a new country in the global ethnosphere. In the catalog of Earth countries the characteristics and specialties (music, foods, festivals, handcrafts, meeting technologies, clothing, architecture, social customs, initiations offered, healing practices, etc.) of each country are specified. Each person as part of their ongoing initiation into adulthood chooses the culture/culture they want to live in. One initiation (the initiation of cultural relativity) is walkabout which includes visiting 30 different countries during 5 years between the ages of 15 and 23.
• The concept that a country (culture) must be associated with a specific piece of land (From which entity does a country purchase this land? Earth? How does Earth receive payment?) is merely a concept that is easy to understand. But just because a concept can be understood does not mean it has any relationship to reality.
• Thinking that funding from outside, meaning from other countries, has value for a country is an illusion; worse, is it delusion; worse, it is globalization happening again, meaning one country becoming the slave of another country.
• No slavery (in other words, no employees).
• No private or corporate ownership of Earth (neither land nor "natural resources").
• No hierarchical power structures. Hierarchical power structures arise from unconscious fears and are designed for control, domination, and power over others. Using hierarchical power structures is a design error. In a hierarchical power structure the people who do whatever it takes to climb the power structure get the top positions. People who will do "whatever it takes" to climb a power structure have no conscience (meaning they lack the connections between heart and energetic-body and mind). In other words, a hierarchical power structure automatically selects for psychopaths and sociopaths. Instead, circular power structures with rotating spaceholders are used such as in holocracy and the Phoenix Process.
• No exchange rate between a country's own currency and any other currency. Most often a country's currency is creative collaboration.
• No absentee ownership. No franchises.
• No beliefs. Beliefs have no relationship to reality. Anybody can believe anything about anything. If beliefs are regarded as having legitimacy, then one country might believe eating hotdogs is sacred and wasting hotdogs is heresy punishable by death, while the next country might believe preserving hotdogs is sacred and eating hotdogs is heresy punishable by death. If these countries do not understand that Belief Systems are B.S. then they will be incessantly at war with each other, and worse than that, they will be susceptible to takeover by a more tantalizing Belief System (like the Mayans of Ecuador were taken over by sunglasses and bluejeans).
• No war. Each country limits their population with another means than war to match their food supply so that members have a high quality of life (enough locally grown food). War is low drama Gremlin feeding frenzy and only seems justified if you fail to distinguish between Box and Being.
• No waste. No disposables. Cradle to cradle designs. No externalizing costs. No externalizing wastes. No subsidies.

blog024 A New Country

Yes. I can say that a country of mutual respect has already been born. 





















It began when a small group of men and women created an energetic configuration of commitment to live together ongoingly in an entirely new context, a context of radical responsibility for the evolutionary processes of caring for the well-being of each other and the Earth. 

The country emerged from a new set of distinctions about self and relationship and how the world works and what it is.

The new country definitely exists, already taking up space in the global ethnosphere as a seed crystal, perhaps many times over. 

 















The new country can be found, that is, if you put your known self at risk and truly search for it, letting your longing lead you. 

The announcement of the birth of this new country is not in the evening news, nor is it represented at the United Nations. But it nonetheless truly exists, and in its center is a space through which pure Bright Principles flow: Love, Initiation, and High Level Fun. 

This new country has a currency without an exchange rate to any other currency. It allows no franchises nor absentee ownership. There is no corporate personhood, no profit where a few win and many lose, no ladder to climb for bigger rewards. In this new country there is no such thing as waste. 

And those people now living in this new contextual space together cherish it more than anything else they heretofore discovered or invented because it has already become a home that demands that they be who they came here to be. 

It is too late to go back after you taste the freedom of radical trust and unrelenting vulnerability in this new land, so be careful if you seek it out...
Of what interest is the illusion of security and retirement when you can play full out together right now? 

And those who went first? What of their status and power? It dissolves in the circle by empowering others to empower others.

The alarm woke me up this morning in the middle of a dream. I was in an American suburb, brown wooden houses close packed into rolling hills under a California blue sky, perhaps near San Francisco. It was late morning. No cars passed. I was standing at a T intersection with Marion and Wolfgang K. We had just asked a tall, energetic, short-haired man in his early thirties for directions. After he gave us clear instructions I asked him, What are you doing home at this hour of the day? He answered, All my contracts have been cancelled! The economy is so bad I'm out of work. His anger and frustration came out as a giant sweeping gesture. All I want to is to be out there washing windows! He makes the sound of a rubber squeegy scraping across wet glass.

My mouth starts speaking before I know what I will say. We are Possibilitators. We work for a better world. We are going to do for you right now exactly what we are going to suggest that you start doing for others, which is, to stop working for money and start working for a better world. We are going to provide you with our Possibilitator services for free, right now, for the joy of creatively collaborating with you. We know from experience that when we provide you with our services something interesting will happen. Maybe not instantly, maybe not directly, but by providing you with these services something good will come of it. Together we will have made a little bit of a better world.

Here is our suggestion. Get your gear together now and go out there and do what you came here to do, what you love to do. Get out there and wash windows. Choose some windows to wash, knock on the door, tell them you are washing windows for a better world. Tell them your profession is to create clarity and openness and light for people. Then get washing. Do a good job, always adding something a little extra: tighten a few screws on a loose hinge, pick up some garbage, pull some weeds, something like that. As you pack up to move to the next location leave your card. It says your name, telephone, email, website, and the following words: I work for a better world. If you know anyone else who could use a little clarity and freshness and light please call or write me. I will get right on it. If you have a little extra food, that you would like to give me so I can keep working for a bettter world, I thank you. I love my work. I'll write that down for you.

Now, I continued, do you know someone else who could use some possibility from us? He thinks for a moment then says, Come inside. We step into his garage that he converted to an office because he uses bicycles for transportation for his wife and child. The office is full of clean windows. On a large cork board on the office wall is an irregularly shaped poster cut-out with a dark green border. It is a photo of an undaunted American Indian chief in fine beadworked leather and eagle-feathered headdress, facing a crowd of onlookers. Just in front of him, first in the crowd, stands Lee Lozowick, blue long-sleeve shirt, a full head of silver dreadlocks, serenely connected with and somehow befriended with the Indian chief, who now resembles a combination of Arnaud Desjardins and Yogi Ramsuratkumar.

I point to Lee and exclaim to our window-washer friend, Do you know who that is? Do you know this man? He doesn't seem to know, or at the moment won't say. Next to this photo is a smaller cut-out from the same larger mural, also outlined in green, a closeup of more members of the crowd at the same gathering. Clearly visible in the crowd is Dasya, another student of Lee Lozowick. I look at Marion and Wolfgang mutually acknowledging that by encouraging the window washer to work for a better world instead of for money, something interesting certainly did happen. And then the alarm goes off.
